Caroline Desmurget joins the team as Cell Line Engineer
Caroline Desmurget has joined the kyron.bio team! Caroline has seven years of experience at Merck, where she has honed her expertise in cell line development and the optimisation of therapeutic production. Caroline will be taking care of the health and productivity of our cell lines as we continue to scale our bioproduction capabilities in house.

Women TechEU is a competitive initiative funded by the European Commission designed to support female-led European deeptech startups. As a laureate, kyron.bio was awarded €75K to develop its innovative cell line engineering approach and the program provides a strong network of inspiring female leaders.

kyron.bio is proud to win the the iLab ‘Concours d’innovation’ by Bpifrance, which focuses on supporting high-potential, innovative startups working on disruptive projects. kyron.bio is honoured to be among the 23% of women-led projects awarded this highly competitive grant, receiving €360K to support internal R&D and expedite the development of its cutting-edge glycan engineering strategy.
